Any team news?

Luke George could make a return to the Blues squad having returned to full training this week following a lengthy absence owing to a hamstring injury.

Jordan Chapell (ankle) and Ian Sharps (hamstring) are set to be sidelined for the visit of Luke Garrard's men having missed the 3-3 draw at Guiseley on Bank Holiday Monday.

What has Steve Burr had to say about it?

The Blues boss said: "I think from their point of view looking at where they were they felt they needed to go and strengthen the team and they've been on a good little run laterly and had a good win on Monday against Dover

"We know that every game is difficult but with the signs we see from the lads during the week and the will to do well for the football club, it means just as much to them as it does the fans. I know fans might not see that at times but these lads are hurting with the fact of where we are.

"I said to the lads on Monday look at the travelling support again and let's make sure we give them everything we have got and they will appreciate that."

Tell me about Boreham Wood...

Having won promotion to the National League at the end of last season following an extra-time play-off final win over Whitehawk, Boreham Wood's debut season in non-league football's top tier has been a struggle.

Despite having just turned 30, Wood handed Garrard the manager's job at in October following the departure of Ian Allinson and he has done an admirable job in keeping the Hertfordshire club above the drop zone.

Boreham Wood currently sit two places and one point above the drop zone, four points behind Chester, with this weekend's clash a six-pointer for both clubs.

The Wood have endured a tough time in front of goal this season and have scored the second fewest in the National League (34). On-loan Bristol Rovers forward Jamie Lucas has been their most potent weapon netting six goals thus far.

They come into the clash with the Blues on the back of an impressive 3-0 home win over play-off chasing Dover Athletic on Monday.
