Chester FC Community Trust will be running Summer Soccer Schools to entertain boys and girls with a feast of football fun.

Children can develop their skills, learn new techniques and train with the professionals in a safe environment with FA qualified coaches.

Open to boys and girls of all abilities aged between 6 and 15, the first Soccer School will take place over three days at The Cheshire County Sports Club in Upton from Tuesday, August 8 until

Thursday, August 10.

Running from 10am until 4pm and costing just £10 per day, participants will receive top class coaching with skills sessions, training drills and small-sided games as well as getting the chance to take part in multi-sport activities.

There will be the opportunity to meet Blues boss Jon McCarthy and his squad including the likes of James Alabi and Kane Richards who will sign autographs and pose for photographs before having a kickabout with the youngsters.

Parents are advised to book in advance to guarantee places and children will need a packed lunch, snacks, plenty to drink as well as appropriate footwear, shin pads and suitable clothing in the event of wet weather.

As with all Chester FC Community Trust coaching programmes, the emphasis will be on enjoyment, learning new skills, meeting new friends and participation.
