CHESTER FC head to Woodley Sports tonight for what Neil Young believes could be his table-topping side’s most difficult game in the title run-in (7.45pm).

The Blues will be hot favourites to beat the Stockport outfit for the second time in two weeks and secure a win which will maintain or extend their five-point lead at the top.

But they will not have it easy against an in-form Woodley side who have not lost on their artificial surface in eight matches.

Chester boss Young said: "Woodley is a difficult task. Their home form is well up there with the best in the league.

"But it’s another game chalked off the board and if we can get a result it would put is in a fantastic position."

Going into tonight’s match – which was rearranged after the original fixture in February was called off 10 minutes before kick-off because of floodlight failure – the Blues are nursing a number of knocks.

But Young hopes the likes of top-scorer Michael Wilde and key midfielder Ashley Williams will be fit.
