CHESTER CITY are considering an offer from Doncaster Rovers to take their goalkeeper Andy Warrington on a loan basis with a view to a permanent signing.

City chairman Stephen Vaughan said: "I have spoken to the Doncaster chairman John Ryan, and Andy is available for transfer. Mark (Wright) is extremely interested in the player."
