Blues had seen their League ambitions put on hold after a midweek 2-0 defeat to Saints.
But this time it was the Blues who edged home, thanks to a Chris Noden tap-in. Adam Byrne was man of the match for Saints.
Blacon Youth and Bretton Super Saints have booked their place in the Duke of Westminster Cup U14 finals.
Blacon claimed a 7-2 win over Newton Athletic at the weekend.
Their scorers were hat-trick hero Jacob Pryce, Liam Bradley, Damian Rowlands, Matthew Wainwright and Adam Young.
Blacon will face Bretton on finals day after the Super Saints defeated Waverton 5-1.
In the league, leaders Upton were 5-2 winners over Saughall Colts.
Saughall's scorers were Gary Almond and James Derbyshire, while on target for Upton were man of the match Matthew Hayes (2), Chris Dunning, Sean Davies and Neil Morris.
In the U13s division, Vicars Cross Dynamos lost 5-3 to Great Sutton.
Men of the match for the Chester team were Jonathon Fowles and Luke Saunders.
Saughall Colts enjoyed a 7-1 win over Malpas and District. Sam Tougher, Shaun Arathoon and Mark Kelly sent Colts into the half-time break leading 3-0.
After the restart, Mark completed his hat-trick and there were other goals from Jake Andrews and Liam McFadden.
Kai Wolff hit five goals and Josh Gannon bagged the other for Waverton in their 6-1 win over Blacon Youth. Upton lost 5-2 to Westminster Park.
In the U12 league, Upton Lions were 6-0 winners over Malpas and District in an excellent match.
MoM for Malpas was Peter Hox-worth, who worked tirelessly in de-fence.
Joseph Smith was named MoM for Elton Youth in their 4-0 defeat to Westminster Park.
Blacon Youth registered a much-awaited win, defeating Chester Nomads Colts 8-3 with goals from Shane Clark (4), Zak Threadgold (2) and MoM Augustine Bangura (2).
There was a 7-1 win for Pulford over Newton Athletic, their goals coming from Joe Whittingham (2), Rory Benson (2), Kallum Marsden, James Dermott and Alex Caldwell. MoM was Mike Walker.
Chester Nomads lost 10-1 to Upton Blacks. The goal of the match was scored by Nomads' Tom George - shooting home from 40 yards.
In the U11s division, Blacon Youth Tigers defeated Malpas and District 4-2 in an entertaining match.
Chester Nomads Colts enjoyed a 7-2 win over a Newton Athletic side that worked hard throughout.
Colts' scorers were Callum Hop-wood (2), Matthew Morris, Thomas Johnson (2), Adam Butt and MoM Edward Kaye. nIn the U16s league, Upton kept themselves well in contention for the title with a 5-1 win at Hope Farm. Farm's reply came courtesy of John Huxley while Upton's scorers were Ashley Byrne (2), Billy Williams (2) and Danny Jones. Star man for Upton was central midfielder Sean Finch.
Blacon Youth kept their title hopes alive with a resounding 8-0 win at Tarvin Athletic whose MoM was Tarvin's Matthew Chidlow.
In a close game at Princess Villa, the hosts team had a real battle with Malpas and District.
Villa won 3-0 thanks to goals from Villa captain Andy Killcross, Ryan Williams and Craig Rodgers. MoM for Princes Villa was Mark Davies.
