ROTHERHAM in January is not everyone’s idea of fun.

But the month Adam Morgan is to spend with the town’s League Two club could be the best trip of his career.

The 18-year-old has been short of first-team chances this season and has spent much of the campaign back at the Academy in Kirkby.

But now he has the chance to experience regular, senior football in the highly competitive environment of the Football League.

Morgan’s time with Rotherham will hopefully provide him with invaluable experience of life as a senior pro.

He can make mistakes and learn about the game in less pressured surroundings than he would if Brendan Rodgers threw him into the thick of a Premier League game at Anfield.
