IRBY, who will play in Division Two of the Murray Smith Cheshire County League, will again have Dave Newman as captain with his brother Mike as deputy.
The Mill Hill Road club will have ex-skipper Paul Coles back from Neston and Stu Barr from Birkenhead St Mary's. Up-and-coming Australian Adam Gell will also feature for the club. Irby open at home to Tatten-hall on Saturday.
Birkenhead St Mary's, in the Merseyside and Southport Alliance which is being sponsored by Bromborough Paints this season, have Shakeel Nawaz returning to the Park for another season.
Skipper Bill McGenity will also be able to call on locally-based Mizan Haq.
Wirral, who have won promotion to Division Two of the Murray Smith Cheshire League, have moved back to their Clatterbridge headquarters after having to play at Wirral Grammar School in the last two seasons. Andy Slight is skipper.
