JETS had no answer to the joint-league leaders on Sunday.

The BBL title holders crashed 85-60 to the team that could well inherit their title, Scottish Rocks, at Braehead Arena in Glasgow.

The Jets enjoyed their only lead of the game with the opening basket.

It took until midway through the second stanza before the Rocks put daylight between the sides - an 8-2 run helping them to a 45-32 interval lead.

Led by Englishman Julius Joseph, the hosts stretched their advantage out at the beginning of the final stanza to make the result safe.

James Hamilton - back after almost two years away - made his debut for the Jets but he was out-scored by Phil Gilbert (15), Damon Bailey (13) and Shawn Myers (11).
