I’M sorry to say it, but at Plymouth on Saturday was a case of same old, same old by us.

Once again we were in a great position to win but a lack of concentration down the stretch cost us. I’m not sure whether it’s harder to play in a game like that, or to watch it from the sidelines, as I had to!

Sunday’s game was a different story. I’m not exaggerating when I say it was one of the best shooting exhibitions I’ve ever seen.

It was like an NBA game with non-stop action and both sides looking to get shots off as quickly as possible from all over the court .

Everyone seemed to be on fire and the fact that it was against a very talented and aggressive Leicester team makes the performance even better, as people will want to avoid them come play-off time.

The fans seemed to enjoy the game and looked as exhausted as the players at the end! When you score 117 points it’s a lot of work for the fans to keep cheering but they did.

We also got to see some local talent at the end as Phil, Neil and Ryan came onto the floor. These three work so hard when they train and are just as important as our stars and they are great characters also.

There is still one more weekend in the regular season to go. Results might not mean much as we have made sure of fourth place but we have to make sure we carry on from here and put in two consistent performances to give us a little momentum heading into the play-offs.

I was  hoping to be fully fit by then but it’s now looking like I'll have to play out the season with an ankle injury and get treatment during the summer.

I'll know more when I get my x-ray results and see the specialist.

But as I see it, I’ll just have to play with the pain and contribute as much as possible.
