Girls interested in experiencing how a Queen’s education really works are invited to a free morning of fun, science activities at The Queen’s School.

The Sweet Science event, held on Saturday, November 15, at the Queen’s Senior School on City Walls Road, is open to girls currently in Year 6 at any school.

Girls will spend the morning in The Queen’s School’s laboratories making their own ice cream, creating cola cannons and exploding jelly babies - all in the name of scientific research.

The event runs from 9.30am-12pm. To book a free place register via The Queen’s School website, call Jane Taylor at the school on 01244 312078 or email jtaylor@queens.cheshire.sch.uk
