A new member is expected to join the glamorous line-up of hit TV series The Real Housewives of Cheshire. But who might it be?

The third series could be set to welcome a new housewife to the fold because Magali Gorre – the wife of former Dutch international footballer Dean Gorre – won’t be appearing when it airs on ITVBe in the spring.

The show follows the lives of Cheshire WAGs Dawn Ward, Leanne Brown and Tanya Bardsley, beauty entrepreneur Ampika and Lauren Simon.

And it got us wondering who might be replacing feisty Magali. Here are our contenders…

Lisa Carrick

The wife of Manchester United player Michael Carrick is regularly seen out and about in Alderley Edge.

Carrick married his childhood sweetheart Lisa, a pilates instructor, in 2007. The couple are parents to daughter Louise and son Jacey. And blonde Lisa knows how to pose up a storm on the red carpet.

Jude Cisse

The former wife of footballer Djibril is no stranger to reality TV. Last year she opened up her luxurious Frodsham home to the public for a three-part series about her life, and she appeared on the Channel Five show Britain's Flashiest Families.

Jude was seen mixing with celebrities and socialising at parties and gave viewers an insight into her wardrobe to look at her collection of expensive shoes and bags. Sounds familiar.

Chantelle Heskey

Chantelle, married to Bolton Wanderers striker Emile Heskey, has already featured in the show and is good friends with the housewives.

Chantelle told us during the filming of the second series last year that it’s upsetting to see her pals at loggerheads on the show – but confirmed that the rows the ladies have are for real.

Coleen Rooney

This uber-WAG would be a major coup for the show. The doting mother-of-three, the wife of Manchester United captain Wayne, is a key member of the A-List footballer set in Cheshire, and she has already welcomed a TV crew into the Rooney family home for the documentary Rooney: The Man Behind The Goals’ last year. And she’s good pals with Leanne Brown.

Christina Serra

Next season new Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola arrives in the UK – and we will welcome his wife Cristine Serra.

Glamorous Cristina grew up surrounded by fashion and elegance and her family owned a popular clothes store in Spain. It was at this store that she met her future husband, footballer Guardiola who was modelling for Spanish designer Antonio Miro.

So we’re sure fashionista Cristina would fit in perfectly.
