Celebrity tattooist Jay Hutton has married the 'love of his life' in a stunning ceremony at Soughton Hall in Northop.
Twenty-seven-year-old Jay, who made his name on E4 show Tattoo Fixers, tied the knot with Monica Rose on Saturday (April 14).
“It was the best day of my life," said Jay, who lives in Chester and runs Adrenaline Tattoo Studio in Ellesmere Port.
“We couldn’t have asked for a better day and we’re absolutely overwhelmed by the sheer kindness and love from our family, friends and everyone involved in the wedding.
“We got married at Soughton Hall in Northop. They were absolutely amazing.”
The Daily Post reports that Jay announced the news to fans on social media on Tuesday night – sharing pictures taken by Louise Hendry and Ben McEwan, together The McHendrys.
He wrote: “On Saturday I married the love of my life, Monica Rose Hutton.
“What an unbelievable day.”
After sharing another picture, he posted: “What a day. What a life!”
After the photographs appeared in OK! Magazine, The McHendrys posted: “The secret is out!
“Myself and Ben were honoured to photograph and film Jay Hutton and Monica’s beautiful wedding at Soughton Hall.
“Not only are they the coolest couple, but they are two of the nicest people we have met. Beautiful on the outside but even more so on the inside.
“Monica and Jay and all their family and friends all made us feel so welcome and what a party it was.
“This wedding was AWESOME and we can’t bloody wait until we can share more (pictures) with you all.”
Last month, Jay revealed he was stepping down from the smash E4 show Tattoo Fixers after six series, where he was part of a trio turning “disasterpieces into masterpieces.”
The former Ysgol Emrys ap Iwan pupil told the Daily Post he wanted to “focus on other opportunities.”
Amy Clark, Soughton Hall manager, said: “It has been an absolute pleasure to host Jay and Monica’s special day.
“Soughton Hall is a unique place to get married and we couldn’t be happier that they chose us to host their wedding.
“The day went beautifully and we are delighted they enjoyed it, along with their family and friends.
“That is very important to me and the team here.
“We wish the couple our best wishes for their future together.”
