Firefighters from Northwich are inviting residents to a fun-filled family event for the station’s annual open day.

From 10am to 4pm on Saturday, August 13 the station will have modern and vintage fire engines on display and various demonstrations showcasing life as a firefighter taking place.

The cadet vehicle and the kitchen safety vehicle will also be on display.

Crew manager Ronnie Moore said: “This is a great way for the community to discover more about their local fire station and the variety of work we do.

“We would like as many people as possible to come along to the open day, have a great time and leave with some important fire and road safety advice.”
