DO YOU have young children? Take a good long look at them and then imagine being introduced to them as adults. How healthy would they be? How successful would they be?

Of course we all imagine the best, but what if the future you imagined for them didn't quite go to plan? How would you react if you discovered that, as adults, your children have under-achieved, are likely to have serious health problems and even have a much lower than average life expectancy?

A new BBC programme is going to try to help you do something about it before it's too late.

The Corporation is looking for families to take part in a groundbreaking television programme which aims to help parents improve their children's learning ability, fulfil their potential and give them the social skills to succeed.

So if you're struggling to get your children to eat a healthy diet, or concerned that your toddlers watch too much TV, your son lacks confidence or your daughter is exhausted, then the BBC would like to hear from you, on 0808 1004950.
