THE Pioneer has launched its 2008 search to find the area’s bonniest babies.
If you think your tot is the cutest around, why not enter our great free competition – and you could win some fabulous prizes.
Babies entering should be 0-2 years of age.
The lucky winner will get a professional photograph produced as a 16” x 12” high-quality canvas Giclee print (recognised by the Fine Art Guild), which has the appearance of an oil painting and is worth more than £100.
Thanks to this year’s sponsors of the competition, Sainsbury’s store at Cheshire Oaks, the winner will also receive £100 in store vouchers.
The two runners-up will get a professional photograph produced as a 12” x 8” high quality canvas Giclee print worth £50 and Sainsbury’s will give them £50 each in store vouchers.
To be in with a chance of winning, we are asking readers to send in their own pictures of their terrific tot between now and the closing date for entries of Wednesday, September 17.
Then you’ll have the chance to vote on who is the area’s cutest kiddie when voting opens after the first pictures are received by us, which should be next week.
Batches of pictures will then be published every week until Wednesday, September 24.
You can cast your vote – right up until Wednesday, October 8 – via phone text lines we will open. Winners will be informed shortly after voting closes.
You can let us have your baby pictures to us in two ways:
They can either be hard copy pictures, which you can post or bring into the Pioneer Office at 66 Whitby Road, Ellesmere Port, Cheshire CH65 0AA.
Or you can e-mail them to us at pioneer@cheshirenews.co.uk. They should be of reasonably good quality and in the standard jpg format.
All pictures should be accompanied by the baby’s name and age, and the parent(s) name, address and daytime phone number.
We regret we are unable to return your pictures to you.
The Pioneer reserves the right to omit any pictures which do not meet quality standards. Photographs submitted to the competition need to be copyright free.
