CHILDREN at Bradley Village Playgroup left barely a dry eye in the house as they performed their Christmas Alphabet Concert in the village hall.
Vervaine Edwards, leader of the playgroup, organised the event, which included a Nativity scene, Christmas carols and a visit from Santa, and the tiny tots were joined by some of the older children in the village.
Vervaine said: 'We were very pleased with the way it went. We had some stalls there and we had a very good turnout. The hall was absolutely packed full of people from the community and we'd like to thank everyone for their support.'
The event raised £302.50 for the playgroup's funds.
