Wrexham libraries encourage children to take part in Quest Seekers Summer Reading Challenge

WREXHAM libraries are on a quest to get more children reading.

The Quest Seekers 2009 Summer Reading Challenge is taking place in all Welsh libraries, with the theme this year about the power of the imagination.

As a Quest Seeker, children will take part in three tasks: Firebird Rising, Mountain Mission and Dragon’s Lair. Each involves reading two books and if they finish them all, their quest is complete and they will receive a certificate celebrating their achievement.

If you are a member of a library in Wrexham you will also get the chance to win a bike.
