WREXHAM professional golfer Breanne Loucks turned model to show off a Welsh cancer charity’s new range of golf wear.

The 21-year-old was the first to try on the Glenmuir golf tops for Tenovus, the official charity partner of Ryder Cup Wales 2010 Ltd.

The charity is selling pink and blue Glenmuir T-shirts for £25 each, and all profits will go to supporting Tenovus and its mobile unit, which takes cancer care to communities.

Sarah Jordan of Tenovus said: “This is one of the key fundraising drives that we’re working on to expand the services that the unit can offer, as well as the towns it can visit.

“The next major fundraising event is the Tenovus Golf Challenge, a record-breaking attempt scheduled for October. We’re encouraging golf clubs across Wales to sign up in the world’s largest number of golfers taking part in a simultaneous tee-off.”
