THE North Wales and Borders Woodcarvers Association is holding an exhibition of members’ work at National Trust property Erddig, near Wrexham.
Enthusiasts have exhibited at Erddig every other year and about 20 people’s work will be on display.
The carvings, which are not for sale, are made mainly from lime, but they use also walnut, American cherry and mahogany.
The Association remains at Erddig until May 27. Opening times are 11am-4pm. Normal admission prices apply.
The association will exhibit at other venues during the year. Most notably is the national Woodcarvers Association at Westonbirt, Malpas, and the Wood Fest in St Asaph.
