PROPOSALS to demolish Winsford Civic Hall and replace it with a new four-storey ‘multi-use’ centre are due to be considered by planners tomorrow night, Tuesday.
Winsford Town Council’s planning sub-committee will meet at Wyvern House at 5pm to discuss plans for offices for public sector workers, and a medical centre, on Dene Drive.
The proposals were discussed earlier this year and looked to have been given the green light, but developers Winsford Cross Developments Ltd have now submitted amended drawings of the planned facility.
Councillors Alan Bailey, Tommy Blackmore, Janet Fitzmaurice, Jo Gaskill, Flo Hughes, Nick Harris, Jon Jones, Brandon Parkey, Des Worthington and Derek Wright will make the decision.
