TRIBUTES have been posted on social networking site Facebook to Ellesmere Port teenager Dean Bennett.

Dean, 16, went missing on Sunday afternoon after spending time with his grandmother. His body was found in woodland on Monday evening.

More than 1,300 people have joined a Facebook group in his memory, many of whom have sent messages of support and condolence for his grieving family.

One read: "Such a polite, well mannered lad with a great future ahead of him. Your family and friends miss you so much mate, sleep well."
