BOROUGH council services will be disrupted on Wednesday and Thursday due to a two-day strike by Unison and Unite members.
Council chief executive Brenda Harvey said: “We are sorry for any inconvenience that this strike may cause to our customers.
“Every effort will be made to make sure some level of service will continue to be available to the most vulnerable.”
The Civic Way offices in Ellesmere Port, Rossfield Road depot, Neston and Westminster area offices, Ellesmere Port Civic Hall, Neston Civic Hall, community centres, Stanney Oaks Leisure Centre and Ellesmere Port market will all be closed for the two days.
Overpool and Neston cemeteries will be open to the public from 9am-5pm only. There will be no burial services on these two days. Chapel buildings and public toilets will be closed.
Council venues will open again on Friday.
