Three-week road closure in Ellesmere Port

RESURFACING work will shut a stretch of road from Sutton Way’s junction with Aldgate to Stanney Lane’s junction with Whitby Road.

RESURFACING work will shut a stretch of road from Sutton Way’s junction with Aldgate to Stanney Lane’s junction with Whitby Road.

Cheshire West and Chester Council will resurface the road either side of work on the Sutton Way/Whitby Road junction in Ellesmere Port.

The closure will run from Friday, July 27, and last for an estimated three weeks.

Drivers are advised to take a diversion along Stanney Lane, Wellington Road, Civic Way and Whitby Road and along Sutton Way, Pooltown Road and Whitby Road.
