THERE is an air of expectancy at Tatton’s Home Farm with the prospect of the patter of tiny hooves over coming months.

Stars of the farm’s animal adoption scheme, Blossom the Clydesdale horse, Tamworth pig Tallulah and cow Rosie, are all expecting.

The trio were chosen last year to be the ‘faces’ of the newly launched adoption scheme, set up to help the farm’s valuable work in saving rare breed animals.

Farm co-ordinator Jayne Chapman said all three mums-to-be had been receiving lots of extra treats to keep them happy.
