HISTORIC Tabley House, near Knutsford, will provide the setting for a specialist plant fair organised by Flower Power Fairs.

The event will be held on the south lawn in front of the John Carr stately home on Easter Sunday, March 25, and will offer a wide selection of high quality, unusual and choice plants ranging from herbaceous perennials and cottage garden favourites to herbs, cacti and shrubs.

Organiser Judy Popley said: “It’s an inspiring location and, for plant hunters, it’s an ideal way to find that special plant that you’ve been searching for and perhaps can’t find in a garden centre.”

Refreshments will be available and parking is free. The fair is open from 10am to 4pm and admission is £2, children under 14 free.
