A GROUP of special bobbies from York visited Cheshire last weekend to observe Western Area colleagues in training and on the beat.
The Special Constables met Cheshire officers at a national conference and asked if they could visit the county.
Cheshire Special Chief Inspector Celvyn Jones said: “It was a very proud moment for us as it demonstrated how well we are performing and also that this has been noticed by other forces.”
