GMTV heart-throb Ben Shephard got up close and personal with consultant Gaynor Budd at the Slimming World annual Awards Ceremony at the ICC in Birmingham.
Shephard co-hosted the event for 1,600 people with Slimming World’s founder and chairman, Margaret Miles-Bramwell.
Meeting him topped off another successful year for Gaynor who runs weekly groups at Hope Farm Community Centre in Great Sutton.
She said: “Meeting Ben was a brilliant experience. He’s even better looking in real life than on TV and he was so impressed with our achievements over the last year.
“New Year resolutions often crumble at the first hurdle, but making a positive lifestyle change for a healthier you in 2008 needn’t be too much of a struggle.
