A MAN from Weaverham has engineered a promising career for himself after passing his degree at Aston University in Birmingham with flying colours.

Giles Cobley, of Lime Avenue, graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Product Design and Management.

Giles, who studied at the County High School, Leftwich and then at Sir John Deane’s College, is now working as a design engineer in the research and development department of a major pharmaceutical and medical company in Bolton.

Giles studied product design and business studies at Sir John Deane’s, which led him to combine product design with management at university.
