NORTHWICH fire fighters are urging people to stay safe after a spate of incidents where vandals have set fire to bins and rubbish next to houses.
Paul Hardwick, watch manager at Northwich, said: “We are appealing to everyone to minimise their risk of being a target for arsonists by keeping things like bins well away from property.”
