MANAGER Darren Ryan was delighted by his side’s response as they made light of the loss of top scorer Marc Lloyd-Williams.

The Robins continued their revival with Craig Moses and Tommy Mutton proving a threat in their new strike partnership.

“The first 30 minutes was the best football we’ve played all the season, and the lads were determined to show they were not a one-man team,” said Ryan.

“Everyone played their part, and that keeps us unbeaten in 2008 with two wins and a draw.”

Victory was founded on a flying start with the Robins’ early pressure rewarded after just four minutes when Adam Worton’s cross was converted by Hugh Clarke.

The hosts continued to push with several Damien Daniels corners providing danger and it was from a flag kick on eight minutes that Glenn Tolley’s deflected strike from the edge of the box found the net.

Mutton then had a header disallowed, but a third goal arrived on 26 minutes when Mutton crossed for Richard Williams-Cooke to fire home.

Mutton, Moses and Cooke had further moments before Nomads came into the game, John McAllister forcing a save from keeper Dave Jones.

Tom Baker pulled one back on 40 minutes and the visitors looked a different proposition after the break. Danny Forde went close on a couple of occasions, but hopes of a comeback ended on 72 minutes when Moses lashed a 25-yarder into the roof of the net.
