A FAMILY fun day in the sun was organised by charity workers.
With the assistance and support of Pam Clarke of Ellesmere Port Charities Support Shop, Wirral & Chester Riding for the Disabled staged the event at Wirral Riding Centre in Ness.
Visiting families were able to enjoy a bouncy castle, climbing wall, pony rides, stalls, cake stand, barbecue and other refreshments.
Glenny Richardson, chair of Riding for the Disabled, thanked everyone who attended and who made the event happen.
She said: “If anyone has a few hours to spare and would like to help at Foxes Riding School (in Ledsham) or Wirral Riding Centre they would be very welcome and much appreciated. Call us on 0151 339 2367.”
