MEMBERS of Rhosesni and Abenbury WI took a gamble with a Dazzle and Dine evening to celebrate the group’s 60th anniversary.
The group held a casino evening at Holt Lodge to celebrate its diamond jubilee.
Members sat down to dinner before trying their luck at the black jack table and roulette wheel, but only took their chances with pretend money.
Ladies were challenged to create and wear their own tiaras, which were judged by special guests WI Clwyd and Denbigh Federation chairman Lea Oram and WI adviser Pauline Lindley. The winner was Freda Crawford.
