CHILDREN have had their say on what play facilities should be provided in Ellesmere Port.
Fiona and Craig of Groundwork Cheshire visited The Oaks Primary School, Rochester Drive.
The school had previously written to the council asking for improved play facilities.
Children from Key Stage 2 were asked their opinions on how they would like the parks in the Stanney area developed.
As part of the Our Place project an environmental review of Stanney Grange is being undertaken because the lack of recreation facilities has been identified as an issue.
It is felt some of the green spaces could be better used and in the next few weeks residents will be asked for their views on where they feel is in need of an upgrade and what they would like to see added by way of new amenities.
