CHILDREN at Weaverham Forest Primary School have new equipment to play on at break thanks to three years of work by the school PTA.
Friends of Forest has organised a series of events since 2005 to raise nearly £4,000 for the Forest Fun Trail.
Weaver Vale MP Mike Hall unveiled the equipment on Friday.
PTA member Sue Scott said: “We raised the money through a variety of events in school. It’s taken us three years and it was very hard work. But it was worth it.”
