A CHORAL group based in Ellesmere Port is achieving national acclaim.
The Singers Without A Name, known as Swansong, featured in a recent edition of the Sunday Telegraph, who strongly urged people in the area to “catch them while you can.”
The group, which formed at a Picnic in the Park event at Wirral’s Poulton Hall in July 2007, consists of 16 professional or highly experienced singers and rehearse weekly at their base in Rossmore Road West.
They will be performing at Sycamore Garden Centre on November 29 and Ellesmere Port Civic Hall with the Lynn McKenzie School of Dancing on December 15 and 16.
If you are interested in having Swansong perform at a charity event call Jane Lennie on 07971 172716. The group does not charge but a small donation is always welcome.
