POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a locked and secure bike was stolen from an Ellesmere Port street.
Crooks approached the bike secured to railings in Marina Walk, removed its lock, and escaped with it some time between 4-9.45pm on Thursday.
The Giant mountain bike was gold, yellow and black with front suspension.
Ellesmere Port police are now appealing for anyone who witnessed the theft to come forward in confidence and help them find the thief.
