PARKING measures are proposed on Raby Road, Neston.
The former borough council agreed a parking area should be provided at the rear of properties fronting the road.
This will remove the need for occupiers to park on the highway.
To allow unrestricted traffic movements on Raby Road, traffic engineers have now recommended the whole of the road from nos 9 - 27 should be subject to a no waiting at any time restriction.
At their final meeting, borough highway chiefs agreed the measure should go to consultation, at a date to be decided.
