PARENTS at Barnton Primary School have been going back to the classroom to improve word processing and computer skills.
Members of Vale Royal Borough Council’s Lifelong Learning team helped organise the six-week course as part of an outreach campaign to offer more support to schools.
The help was inspired by the government’s Extended Services in and Around Schools programme whereby all schools are being asked to look at ways of opening their facilities to the community.
