TALENTED over-50s from Flintshire and Wrexham will have the chance to strut their stuff in the hope of winning a weekend away at Pontin’s.
As part of the 2009 North East Wales over-50s Amateur Talent Contest, residents of Flintshire, Wrexham and Denbigh are asked to showcase their talents in a series of auditions on Saturday, April 18, at Clwyd Theatr Cymru, Mold, with the finals kicking off at 7pm.
As well as the weekend away in Pontin’s, the winner will receive £100 and the chance to perform in August at the ‘Fun in the Sun’ event in Rhyl.
