Doors open at 5.30pm with the bonfire lit an hour later and the fireworks display is due to start at 7.15pm.
As usual, there will be a fair packed with exciting rides, music and stalls. There will also be hot food and drink served all night.
The town-centre extravaganza is organised by Northwich Round Table and the Rotary Club.
John Kerslake of the bonfire committee said: “It’s going to be a fantastic event again this year.”
Members of the public are warned not to bring their own fireworks with them to the park situated on Castle Hill.
