A SCOUT group has been presented with an aerial phot of their hut – taken from the sky by a police plane.

Weaverham Scout Group has been working closely withPCSO Karen Nixon to learn more about policing.

And while on aerial patrol over the village on the look-out for nuisance motorcyclists, Karen snapped the Scout HQ and presented the group with the ‘thank you’ token.

“Weaverham Scouts have been great to work with and really enthusiastic about learning what we do,” said Karen.

“They were well behaved at all times, and the photograph is a bit of a thank you from us.”
