NORTH East Wales Wildlife (NEWW) is inviting people to get reconnected with nature to help improve their health and wellbeing.

It is hosting a course at Rhydymwyn Valley Nature Reserve on Thursday, June 11, from 10am- 3pm.

Jacinta Challinor, the wildlife education officer for NEWW, said: “The day will be spent learning how to improve our attitudes and appreciation of the natural world and how this can be utilised to benefit our health and wellbeing.”
