NIGHTINGALE House has launched a forget-me-not garden at the hospice in Chester Road, Wrexham.
Forget-me-not flowers will be planted in the grounds in celebration of friends, family and loved ones for all to view as they drive past.
In order to get your flower planted you need to make a donation and no matter how big or small it may be, the hospice will plant forget-me-nots on your behalf.
All donations will go directly to the hospice and help provide the specialist palliative care and support to all future patients and their families.
Application forms are available at reception, the income generation office or they can be sent out to you directly. Call 01978 314 292 for more information.
The completed forms will be displayed on the board in the hospice reception throughout June and July.
Nightingale House Hospice provides specialist palliative care services, free of charge, to patients and their families across a wide area stretching from Wrexham, Flintshire, East Denbighshire to Barmouth and the border towns.
