PHIL WOOSNAM is the new chairman of the Welsh Premier League, succeeding Alun Evans.
Ken Hughes and David Griffiths have been re-elected to the league board of directors along with Mike Casey from Treharris, who joins for the first time.Club representatives are Andrew Edwards (Port Talbot) Town, Tony Bates (Aberystwyth Town) and Phil Jones (Porthmadog). New Saints' Mike Harris, is the Welsh Premier's FAW representative.
