CONNAL MURTAGH is focusing on helping Wrexham achieve promotion after gaining his degree in physiology.
The midfielder has graduated from the University of Manchester with a 2:1 Honours degree including a research project on the exercise benefits of the Nintendo Wii.
Murtagh, 23, said: “This year I am looking forward to focusing completely on my football. I have got more to offer this year.
“I will be training more, I will be more rested, fresh, and with my degree completed, the pressure is off. I will be a better player.
“Wrexham are going for promotion next season and hopefully I will be part of that.”
