MIKE Hall has backed the neighbourhood policing schemes in Northwich and Wins- ford.
The Weaver Vale MP, pictured, believes the schemes give residents more control over how their area is policed.
He claims crime has come down 32% since 1997, but admits ‘there is more to do’ and says neighbourhood policing is a way forward.
