A WEAVERHAM man has appeared in court charged with using a mobile phone whilst driving.
Wayne Garnett, 43, of Walnut Avenue, was convicted at Vale Royal Magistrates Court on Thursday and had his licence endorsed with three points.
He was ordered to pay a £100 fine and court costs totalling £50. Garnett was also fined £30 for failing to produce his driving licence.
