CHILDREN from Ysgol Gwenfro Junior School learnt the Christmas message in a festive play.
Pupils acted out nine scenes of traditional stories, including that of St Nicholas, in Christmas is Giving.
A carol introduced each of the scenes, which were intended to teach the youngsters that Christmas is not just about Santa and presents it is also about friendship and goodness.
Lynne Ingman, who produced the play, said: 'Everybody enjoyed themselves and the children did us proud.'
