A FAMILY yesterday told of their relief a gran missing for three days had been found safe and well.
Lorraine Williams, 57, went missing from her home in Holmwood Avenue, Rhostyllen, Wrexham, on Sunday morning.
Yesterday she turned up safe and well in Llandudno.
Concerns were growing for Ms Williams, a gran of seven, because her disappearance was so out of character .
Her two daughters Lindsey 28, and Joanne Williscroft, 34, and son Jeremy Williscroft, 36, had launched their own extensive search.
Lindsey said: “Thank God she has been found.
“She is all right and she is going to be coming home.
“We were worried because it was so out of character for her, she has never done anything like this.
“We had searched everywhere, we could think she may have gone to.
Just hours before she was found her partner Colin Williams, who lives at Holmwood Avenue, told of his fears something dreadful may have happened to her.
But when he received the good news she had been found and was okay, he said: “I am over the moon. I am so relieved.”
Yesterday a North Wales Police spokeswoman confirmed: “57-year-old Lorraine Williams who was missing from her home in Rhostyllen has this afternoon been found safe and well in Llandudno. “
