CHESHIRE Constabulary has issued an appeal after medication was taken from a car on Tuesday night in Ellesmere Port.

The car was broken into on Worcester Walk and a quantity of prescription items were taken. These are not to be ingested by anyone who has not been prescribed them.

The medication items are 45mg of dosulepin (42 tablets in a box), 7.5mg of zopiclone (42 tablets in a box), a three-week supply of ranitidine (42 tablets in a box) and diazepan (14 tablets in a box). All the tablets were in blister packs.

Two blue, brown and green inhalers were also taken, and these were not in boxes.

In anyone finds the medication they should hand it in to their nearest pharmacy or police station.
